| BRIDGES ADOLESCENT COMMUNITY PLACEMENT PROGRAM (ACP)
provides short and long term supported accommodation and case management
within home based care with community volunteers.
RECONNECT WEST and the PARENT AND ADOLESCENT MEDIATION services provide conflict resolution and mediation service to young people and their families. YOUTH HOUSING is a SAAP funded program providing information, referrals
and support to young people between the ages of 16 to 24 who are seeking
accommodation in private, transitional or public housing.
