Offers medium to long term accommodation
and support to single adults who are homeless or potentially homeless and
are aged over 26. Short to medium term transitional housing is available
to single and two parent families. Support is offered to tenants in a limited
number of houses/units. The housing support workers also assist with :
priority housing applications
bond applications
budgeting
accessing employment, education
and health related or other services.
