Crisis Supported Housing for families
offers emergency accommodation and support to families for up to six weeks.
Service provided includes case management support; referrals to appropriate
services; and support in securing transitional or long term housing.
The service is for any family who resides in the municipality of Whydham
and who is in a housing crisis.
Target Group
Any family who resides in Wyndham
and who is a housing crisis.
Referral Process
Appointments can be made daily through
our Duty Housing Service 19 Duncans Road, Werribee.
Tenancy Period
Accommodation will be offered for
up to six weeks. Extensions are possible as part of a negotiated
Exit Plan undertaken by a Werribee Support and Housing Crisis Support Worker.
