'Bridges'
is our Adolescent Community Placement Program which provides respite, short
and long term accommodation for 12 to 18 year olds' who need 'time out'
from home or who cannot live at home. 24 hour on call social work
support is provided to young people and their families. If you are
interested in becoming a Caregiver and live in Wyndham, Maribrynong or
Hobsons Bay, call our staff who will welcome your call.
