UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing offers housing support services to people who live in, or are connected to, the municipality of Wyndham. Our housing support services focus on prevention and early intervention. Access to the service is via referral from Yarra Community Housing (previously known as Metro West).

Youth Services comprises of the Bridges Adolescent Community Placement (ACP) Program, the Resolve Program, a Young Parents program and Youth Housing.
Our Early Intervention programs comprise of:
Reconnect West – a voluntary youth homelessness early intervention program that assists young people between the ages of 12-18 years who are having difficulty staying at home, or who have recently left home.
Wyndham Information and Support Program (WISP) providing short term counselling, information, advocacy and referral to specialist services.
Crisis Counselling – Vulnerable Families program works collaboratively with our local community with a focus on working with and supporting local families with young children.
The volunteers at Care and Concern have been helping the needy in the local area since the 1970's. After years of cooperation, Care and Concern became part of UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing in 2005.
