1-Housing Support Services

UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing offers housing support services to people who live in, or are connected to, the municipality of Wyndham. Our housing support services focus on prevention and early intervention. Access to the service is via referral from Yarra Community Housing (previously known as Metro West).

2-Youth Services

 

 

The program provides placement and support for adolescents between the ages of 12 to 18 years and covers the areas of Wyndham, Hobsons Bay and parts of Maribyrnong.

3-Early Intervention

 

 

Reconnect is a youth homelessness early intervention project funded by the Commonwealth Government to assist young people where there is risk of early home leaving.

4-Volunteer Programs

 

The volunteers at Care and Concern have been helping the needy in the local area since the 1970's. After years of cooperation, Care and Concern became part of UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing in 2005.
