The Resolve Program is funded through the State Government for 3 years (2008-2011) and consists of two programs.
This is an independent living skills program for young people 15-25 years of age, residing, working or connected to the City of Wyndham and Hobson’s bay. EQUIPPED is designed to assist young people gain and utilize with confidence the necessary survival skills for living independently.
The program runs in an informal setting and assists the young people to gain skills through activities, guest speakers and various learning resources. The skills focused on are: managing finances, cooking, self care, employment, education, accommodation, safety, health and wellbeing.
Equipped runs weekly on Thursday’s from 4.30pm to 6pm.

The Resolve mediation service is an early intervention program designed to prevent youth homelessness. It is for young people 12-25 years and their families who live in Wyndham and Hobsons Bay.
This is a neutral 'no blame' service which helps young people and their parents or caregivers to sort out family hassles before they get to crises stage. In addition, young people and/or parents or caregivers are seen alone or as a family and assisted to:
All sessions are confidential. Other family members are not contacted unless requested. Family sessions are voluntary, no-one is forced to attend. Mediators help family members talk things over and find their own workable solutions to family hassles.
