Volunteer Programs

Volunteers are an integral part of our Agency, in fact, the Agency was founded on volunteers.

Our volunteer programs include:

• Adolescent Foster Care
• Care and Concern comprising of:
  • Emergency relief (Food vouchers, food parcels)
  • Op Shop
  • Furniture program
  • Xmas Gift appeal

1-Adolescent Foster Care

 

The Bridges Adolescent Community Placement program relies on people in the community to volunteer their homes and their time as foster carers.

2-Care and Concern

 

The volunteers at Care and Concern have been helping the needy in the local area since the 1970's. After years of cooperation, Care and Concern became part of UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing in 2005.

Volunteers also support the agency by volunteering their time with administration tasks, gardening and maintenance, driving, etc.
