 Reconnect is a youth homelessness early intervention project funded by the Commonwealth Government to assist young people where there is risk of early home leaving.

Reconnect is a voluntary, confidential and free service offered to young people, their parents and families.

2-Wyndham Information and Support Program (WISP)

The WISP program was developed in collaboration with the Wyndham Combined Agencies Network in response to lengthy waiting lists for counselling services within the Municipality of Wyndham, and the lack of a generalist information and support service for residents in crisis. The program is funded through Wyndham Council and was originally funded in March, 2008. It is staffed by one Social Worker.
