Partnership

Community partnerships are a fundamental component of the work we do to help the vulnerable and marginalised members of our community. Collaboration with our partners takes many forms in improving and enhancing service provision to meet many different needs.

Successful partnering and service integration have been core to UnitingCare Werribee Support and Housing capacity to identify and address unmet need and will continue to be a critical success factor in achieving our purpose. We will build on this history through further developing existing partnerships and by identifying and nurturing new partnerships that:

• Explore the potential for collaboration with other Organisations towards improved provision of social housing.
• Build on existing successful research partnerships as well as actively seeking new ones to enable injustices to be identified and addressed. Promote our Organisation as a highly valued host organisation for student placements.

OUTREACH PROGRAMS

A number of services outreach their programs within our Agency, creating a "one stop shop" for our clients. These include:

• Yarra Community Housing (Previously known as MetroWest Housing Service)
• Women's Health West
• Office of Housing
• Hotels Australia (Previously Gamblers Anonymous)
